1. About this app

The GST Branch Dashboard (the "App") is a reporting and monitoring tool provided by JCC Business Solutions for the use of the branch and its registered advisors and managers. It shows production, persistency, plans, achievements, validation, rankings, submitted applications and recruitment for the people who are authorized to see them.

2. Authorized access only

You may sign in only with the email registered for you by the branch. Your account is personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account, and sign out when you use a shared or public device. Tell the branch admin right away if you think someone else used your account.

3. Information we handle

To run the App we process your name, advisor code, position, unit and sales team, email, date of coding, photo, production figures (such as AC, NSC, lives and persistency), submitted applications, and, for managers, recruitment records. This information is kept in the branch's Google Sheet and is used only for reporting, validation, achievements, rankings, planning and recruitment monitoring.

4. Data privacy

We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173): for a declared and legitimate purpose, only as much as needed, and with fair and transparent treatment. What you see depends on your role: an advisor sees their own figures and their unit's lists, a Unit Manager their unit, a Sales Manager their sales team, and branch managers and admins the whole branch. You may ask the branch admin to access, correct or object to the use of your personal information.

5. Confidentiality

Production, persistency, recruitment and ranking information in the App is confidential. Use it only for your work with the branch. Do not share, post, forward or publish screenshots, recordings, exports or downloads of it with anyone who is not authorized to see it, and do not use it to approach or recruit away the branch's advisors or clients.

6. No copying of the App or its features

Without written permission from JCC Business Solutions, you must not:

• copy, clone, imitate, reproduce, republish or redistribute the App, its pages, screens or any part of its design or features;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, save the page source of, or otherwise extract the code, data structures, formulas or rules of the App;
• use screenshots, screen recordings, exports or the way the App works to build, train or help build a similar or competing app, template or tool;
• sell, rent, license, share access to, or let others use the App or your account;
• remove or change any ownership notice, logo or branding in the App.

Breaking these rules may lead to removal of your access and to legal action under applicable laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

7. Accuracy of figures

The App is for monitoring. Figures come from the reports uploaded by the branch and may change when new reports are uploaded. Your Company's official records and rules always prevail.

8. Security

Use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere. Keep your device locked. The App may remember your sign-in on your own device if you choose "Remember my credentials"; do not use that option on a shared device.

9. Your agreement

By ticking "I agree" and signing in, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement and that you agree to follow it. The branch and JCC Business Solutions may update it, and you will be asked to agree again when it changes.
